Min started working at Tully & Chiper Lawyers as a paralegal and is now working as a solicitor. 

Min takes a pro-active approach when dealing with client’s matters across various areas. She works with clients and assists the principal solicitors with matters to deliver fast and practical solutions. 

Min prepares and helps clients with:

• Submissions for criminal matters;

• Preparing Agreements, Deeds, Power of Attorney, Wills and other legal documents;

• Preparing contracts for property sales;

• Settling sales/purchases, registering Leases and other Land Dealing and Instruments; and

• Making applications for Probate/Letters of Administration.

She has a great eye for detail and provides solutions in crucial situations.

Min ensures that clients are always in the loop and takes care of them throughout any legal processes.
